Cooperation between a teacher and a teaching assistant at the first stage of primary school.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of cooperation between a teacher and a teacher's assistant at the first level of elementary school. The theoretical part defines the role of the teaching assistant, the prerequisites for good cooperation between the teacher and the teaching assistant, and the personality requirements of the teaching assistant. The goal of the thesis is to clarify how the cooperation between these two teaching staff currently takes place, including various possibilities for mutual cooperation, which can subsequently positively affect the effectiveness of teaching. In the empirical part, a qualitative scientific method called a semi-structured interview was used. Data were collected from both teachers and teaching assistants at the first level of elementary school. Data saturation was supported by content analysis of school documents. Data analysis was conducted through open coding and other methods appropriate for qualitative scientific methods. There sults of the survey revealed how the cooperation between the teacher and the teaching assistant takes place at the selected elementary school, the strengths or weaknesses of this cooperation, whether the school has good conditions for cooperation between the teachers and the teaching assistants, and how the school supports the...
Preparedness of Teachers in the Area of Population Protection

Theme of my bachelor´s thesis is Preparedness of Teachers in the Area of Population Protection. Because people are more often exposed of emergency cases is important to know how to behave in these incidents. Only well educated citizen will able to minimalize consequevences. It is important to start to educate children on primary school, high school and university. That is why we need well educated and well informed pedagogues. In first part I delt with characterization of civil protection and with history in our country. After that I descripted the legislature of those problems. In next part I decribed individual organization which provide training for pedagogues. In the last part I dedicated and rewiewed about the current situation and about future development.

Knowledge of first aid among primary and secondary school teachers in the Liberec and Ústí Region

Title: Knowledge of first aid among primary and secondary school teachers in the Liberec and Ústí Region. Objectives: The main aim of this study is to determine the level of knowledge in the field of first aid among primary and secondary school teachers in Liberec and Ústí nad Labem regions. The sub-tasks of the work are to find out whether and in what form the respondents are most often trained, and which injuries or accidents are most common in primary and secondary schools. Methods: A questionnaire survey was used to collect data, with a total of 30 questions. The non-standardized questionnaire was inspired by the 2022 Tyler questionnaire. The questionnaire survey was distributed via email. The sample consisted of teachers from primary and secondary schools irrespective of the subject taught. A total of 378 teachers participated, of which 302 were female and 76 were male. There were 213 teachers from the Liberec region and 165 from the Ústí region. 247 teachers teaching in primary schools and 131 from secondary schools sent in their responses. The data were converted into Microsoft Excel and processed using the graphical method. Ways to spend free time of primary school teachers in Skalica district

The diploma thesis examines the immediate leisure time of elementary school teachers working in the Skalica district, responding to the current situation where the issue of teacher burnout is increasingly acknowledged in both pedagogical and broader public discussions. Utilizing the acquired theoretical knowledge, the author characterizes free time from a historical perspective, identifying specific periods in which she observes disturbances in the utilization of leisure. The author will describe the changes reflected in the ways of spending free time nowadays The historical context enhances our understanding of the development and evolution of leisure and its content, both in the past and present, with clearly defined functions. A separate chapter delves into the description of leisure functions, providing insight into their significance. The author focuses specifically on the possibilities for spending leisure time in the Skalicky district. Finally, the theoretical part introduces us to teachers, outlining their duties and various ways of spending their leisure time. Personality and Work of Jan Nepomuk Polasek (1873-1956)

This dissertation thesis focuses on the person and work of Jan Nepomuk Polášek (1873-1956), a distinguished regional composer and music teacher who spent a significant part of his life in Valašské Meziříčí. Throughout his life, Polášek devoted himself to creative work, which was, to a varying degree, inspired by the Moravian Wallachian folk culture. The thesis outlines the important phases of Polášek's life including his childhood and school days, first contact with music teaching, his studies at the Brno Organ School, and, last but not least, his relationship with Leoš Janáček. The Biographical part of the thesis ends with a subchapter devoted to Polášek's work in Valašské Meziříčí until his death in 1956. Polášek's body of work includes his compositions, music-related organisational activities, music teaching, publishing and folk song collecting. The aforementioned activities are presented and analysed in the remaining chapters of this dissertation thesis. The final chapter analyses selected instrumental, vocal-instrumental and vocal compositions of Polášek's, based on which it illustrates the key elements of his creative work. This bachelor is concerned with burnout syndrome in secondary school teachers. The aim was to characterize burnout syndrome, to interpret its causes and risks, and to think about the prevalence of this syndrome among teachers working in secondary schools. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is based on professional sources and thus provides information and knowledge about the issue. The empirical part describes the research investigation and the results obtained regarding the burnout rate of secondary vocational school and apprenticeship teachers. The research is based on a quantitative approach and is therefore carried out using a questionnaire survey.
Well-being of university pedagogues in workplaces related to social relationships and communication

The diploma thesis on the topic of Well-being of university teachers in the working environment from the point of view of social relations and communication deals with occupational well- being in the field of social relations and communication. The theoretical part of the work defines the concept of well-being, explains its effect on health, connections with social relations and communication, and provides an overview of the specifics of occupational well-being in the university environment. The practical part is devoted to the research, which was aimed at university teachers of the Department of Multimedia at the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics of the University of Economics in Prague. Its aim was to find out what the occupational well- being of these teachers is in terms of social relations and communication in the workplace. This is because it is a specific department where pedagogic and commercial activities are linked, so it was expected that this phenomenon would be reflected in workplace relationships and the attitude towards them, as well as occupational well-being.
